Quick Search (Search 1 of 3)

You'll be storing all kinds of information in PpcSoft iKnow, so it is very important that you are able to quickly and easily find the information again when you need it. The Quick Search is the first and main search. It is used to find your notes instantly by searching the titles. (5 or 50,000 notes - find it instantly). Most of the time you'll either be using the quick search or the editor. These are the main components, and you can simply press the Escape key to jump back and forth between the quick search and editor. The search is incremental, meaning that it will search for each key as you type (so you usually won't have to write the complete title of the note you're searching for). |  |

If no note title matches your search, you can automatically activate the full-text search by pressing Enter or Ctrl+Space.

PpcSoft iKnow is very keyboard-friendly, so you can navigate using up/down, page up/down etc inside the QuickSearch.
