Create new note
| |
This screenshot shows the dialog for creating a new note.
In the example below, a new name is automatically suggested if you haven't entered anything in the Quicksearch field or selected any text in the editor.
The suggested name is always 'Note ' followed by year (2010), month (06), date (22) and time (18:49, 24 hour clock).
This format will automatically order the notes alphabetically, and makes it easy to 'time stamp' your titles if you want to. You may replace the 'Note' part with 'Meeting', 'ToDo', 'Diary' etc.
All notes will automatically be converted to autolinks when referenced in other notes, so choose a title that is easy to remember (for you).
