PpcSoft Life-Cycle Policy


As of August 01, 2008, PpcSoft has a new support life-cycle policy. This consistent and predictable policy is designed to standardize support guidelines across product lines.

Product life-cycle policies provide advanced notification of planned changes in product availability and support. This information helps customers and partners with product planning and information technology decisions.

PpcSoft iKnow License Availability

Under the Support Lifecycle policy, PpcSoft iKnow licenses are available for five years after general availability in all standard product distribution channels.

PpcSoft iKnow support is available for five years after general availability, and available for extended support for three additional years.

General support includes high-priority e-mail support, upgrades and bug-fixes.
Extended support includes low-priority e-mail support. No upgrades or bug-fixes.
