PpcSoft iKnow Home edition is now available
Bergen, Norway, March 01, 2010 - PpcSoft is proud to present a new, low-cost Home edition for personal use.
PpcSoft iKnow is a productivity tool for the MS Windows platform designed to help professional knowledge workers manage information overload and increase their productivity.
PpcSoft iKnow is an easy to use, lightning fast productivity tool (MS Windows only) that does *not* store your data in the cloud, and does *not* lock-in your data (you may view and edit your data using any text editor on any platform like Windows, Mac OS X and Unix).
PpcSoft iKnow is designed to simplify people's life by letting them easily store their knowledge in one place, and then quickly find it again when they need it. People collect all their important information in simple notes that are automatically connected, and multiple ways of searching make sure people instantly find their information again.
PpcSoft iKnow is primarily aimed at professional knowledge workers, but due to user demand PpcSoft has launched a new Home edition that offers much more power than the free PpcSoft iKnow Lite edition for personal, non-commercial use. PpcSoft iKnow Home edition is a low-cost alternative to the Standard and Professional edition that are aimed at the business market.
PpcSoft iKnow is like "a personal web" where you create small notes (instead of web pages), and if any of the words exist as a note, iKnow will automatically convert the words into hyperlinks to the note. You may then browse your notes just like you would browse the World Wide Web.
With more sources of information and more sharing of information, the amount of information each individual much cope with is rapidly increasing. PpcSoft iKnow is optimized for storing and finding the information each individual needs and help them manage their personal knowledge to become more productive.

Availability:
A fully functional time-limited trial version of PpcSoft iKnow 2009 Home edition is available for download (for Windows XP sp 2, Windows Vista and Windows 7).
Suggested retail price is US $249 for the Professional edition, $79 for the Standard edition, $29 for the new Home edition and the Lite edition is free.
