Collecting information in 5 easy steps

to activate iKnow Step 2:

Type a title

to hide iKnow

In this example, you want some information about PKM (Personal Knowledge Management).

PpcSoft iKnow uses a global shortcut - the F12 key - that can be pressed at any time to activate PpcSoft iKnow (once it is started).

You type 'pkm' and you realize that you don't have a note about 'pkm'.
